Written
as a response to the political climate of America in the 1950s, this Tony award-winning
play by Arthur Miller chronicles the terrifying Salem witch trials of the late
17th century. When a small group of girls are found dancing in the woods, rumors
of witchcraft spread like fire through the small New England town, prompting more
accusations and hysteria.
