ABOUT THE PLAY
Written around 1601, William Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night, or What You Will is one of his most enduring comedies - a joyous tangle of shipwrecks, disguises, mistaken identities, and unexpected romance. The earliest recorded performance took place at London’s Middle Temple Hall on February 2, 1602, and more than four centuries later, remains a perennial favorite on stages around the world.
